At Retro Vibes, every piece is made with care — designed to feel like the future, crafted with the soul of the 80s. We don’t mass-produce. We make-to-order. That means less waste, higher quality, and apparel that feels personal — like the cassette you played until the tape wore thin.
Below is everything you need to know about ordering, production, and shipping, so you can track your package like an arcade high score.
Production & Fulfillment
Every item is created once your order is placed — printed fresh, not pulled from a shelf.
Production Time:
• Please allow 2–3 business days to create your order.
• Orders placed before midnight (PST) roll into production the very next business day.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once production is complete, your order is shipped out via USPS (and sometimes UPS for larger packages).
Estimated delivery times:
• U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days after shipping label creation
• Canada & Mexico: 1–4 weeks depending on customs + location
• You’ll receive tracking the moment your order ships — watch it glow across the map.

Shipping Schedule
• Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)
• No shipments are sent between Christmas & New Year
• Weekend orders start production the next business day
• FREE U.S. shipping on orders $75+
Holiday Notice
Peak season = slower carriers. During hthe oliday rush, please allow extra time for delivery and up to 5 business days for processing.
Good vibes only — your retro gear will be worth the wait.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Because each item is custom-made:
• Changes/cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Retro Vibes currently does not accept returns
• Please confirm size + address carefully before checkout
(Pro-tip: check the size chart like you're choosing a character select screen.)
Replacements for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ve got you:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Attach a photo of the issue
• No return needed — we’ll reprint or refund you
After 14 days, we can’t guarantee replacements.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Retro Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Please track your shipment + ensure someone is available on delivery day.
